Server Upgrade & Performance
We’ve upgraded our servers to give background jobs more capacity.
This means your data syncs will run faster and more reliably, especially for accounts with large volumes of data.
Note: pulling very large historical datasets can still take some time, but performance is much improved.
API Token Validation Improvements
After adding an API token, you can now click into it to view all endpoints.
Endpoints are clearly marked as valid or invalid.
If a token is missing access to some endpoints, you can now use the new “Revalidate” button directly in place.
This is especially important if you plan to use the AI tools, since those require full endpoint access.
AI Chat Reliability Fix
Fixed an issue where AI chat messages sometimes received no response.
Cause: background tasks like email and data syncs were previously prioritized over AI.
Now, AI chat requests are given proper priority so your conversations won’t be delayed by other jobs
Streamlined Aspire Integration and Onboarding Enhancements
Improvement
Clarified separation of Wilson surveys and AI Aspire tool.
Enhanced error messaging for invalid credentials.
Improved instructions for adding Aspire credentials.
Added support for multiple Aspire connections per account.
Introduced notification reminders for onboarding completion.
Email Delivery Configured
Fix
System emails, such as password resets and account invitations, are now sending successfully. Previously, accepting an account invitation could trigger a 500 error when the email failed to send. This issue has been resolved.
Aspire API keys are included(free) for all accounts!
New
YourAspire.com API Update
We have an exciting update—API keys are now included with all Aspire accounts. In the past, Aspire accounts did not always come with a dedicated representative, and API keys were either offered as a paid add-on or restricted by plan level. This is a significant change in their offering.
If you do not currently have an API key or an Aspire representative assigned to your account, send us a message. We will work directly with Aspire to ensure a rep is assigned to you and that you receive an API key at no additional cost.
